This is a lovely 1950's vintage floral cotton voile maxi dress with pink roses and green stems in from Pat Premo. You can wear this as a day dress or dress it up for a Summer evening.

This dress has an empire waist with a green cotton sash style belt. The skirt of the dress is very full and has two layers of cotton to add extra volume. This would have originally been worn with a crinoline skirt underneath but it is so modern when worn as is! The fabric of the skirt is gathered and pleated at the waist and the top layer is sheer floral with white stripes with an ivory underlayer. The hem of the skirt has a green band.

The bodice of the dress is full and gathered from the waist to the top of the neckline. There are delicate spaghetti straps and a center back metal zipper with hook and eye closure and several hook and eye closures at the back of the waistband to secure the green cotton scarf belt.

Feels like 100% Cotton voile. There is no size label, but we estimate this would best fit a modern size 4.

CONDITION: Overall excellent with a few, barely visible faint, small spots.
