- Draw the outline of your foot.
- Measure the length and width of your foot.
- Check the size charts provided with each item.
NOTE: It is highly recommended to get the size bigger than the actual measurement of your foot. E.g if your foot measures 260 millimeters, we suggest you get a size equivalent to 270 millimeters or should you prefer allowance, get 280 millimeters .

This means that purchases from physical stores will not be accepted for replacement in Online store.On the same note, purchases from Online store will also not be accepted for replacement in Sandugo and Basekamp physical stores.
